- Anyone who has suffered from repeated or long term illness, or are in recovery from cancer can benefit from this Fast Track approach but it's not for the faint hearted and needs a good deal of commitment and the courage to face one's demons head on.

- There are many differences in the energy of the two and yet also many similarities. Skilled life coaching takes these aspects of the masculine and feminine into consideration and gives the appropriate compassionate expertise and experience to either.
- Women across the board have less resources and less ability to get help than men and for this reason my practice is mainly women centred.

- Appointments are an hour long although some people opt for 90 mins as it's a more relaxed time frame. We start by securing a goal or a best outcome, a true life choice or a specific end result. Then by using powerful specific questions we can find out what the resistance to that is, find the subconscious blocks, change out dated scripts from the past or discover how you chose to survive your past. Then find the best suited tools to help you heal and dissolve the inner sub conscious barriers or limiting beliefs that have been preventing your growth. Thereby enabling you to go forward with a sense of knowing, a feeling of inner peace and the curiosity of future possibility.

- It can be used as a complete alternative to orthodox medicine having it's own full systems and strategies or as complimentary to orthodox medicine. In this way is it extremely useful in helping healing after surgery or chemotherapy and will aid various forms of orthodox treatments such as physiotherapy, antibiotic therapy and psychotherapy.

- Appointments for an adult are 90 minutes for the first one. During this initial appointment I will do a verbal scan of your body to see where your dis-ease is, then do a full medical history, then look at your mental emotional state and discuss an appropriate course of treatment and time frame.
- Follow up appointments, usually every three weeks, are 45 minutes.
- All medicines are included in the price and I will post remedies to you.
- For children under 16 the first appointment is one hour and follows the same format as above. Follow up appointments for children are 30 minutes.
